This is the phone layer we already run for inbound voicemail: a real number, a mailbox that emails you, and no mystery PBX bill. The starting public price is from $19/month for that inbound box.
A full IVR sits on top of the same number: hours, departments, a message path, and a way out. Prompts can be recorded in your voice or generated — we can write the script, generate the spoken audio, or both. You keep the recordings.
Voice agents that book or answer are a later experiment on this same stack, quoted when you want to try them. We do not sell a fake receptionist as the default.
