À la carte lines add up: managed IT from $199/mo, network care from $99/mo, hosting from $49/month, and site support from $75/month. Total care is one quote that folds those channels together, typically typically from $349/mo for a small shop — less than stacking every line, and the hours move with the work.
We stand up new businesses and new locations — network, devices, hosting, and the site — then keep that stack on the same monthly pool. We also pick up existing environments: document what you already run, stabilize it, and support it without a rip-and-replace.
Printers, cameras, go-live weeks, and net-new custom builds stay project-quoted. Extra remote and consulting time is from $80/hour; on-site from $100/hr. After-hours work is extra and quoted first. The point is one pool and one conversation.
