The primary public price is from $199/month for managed IT / network care — a monthly hours model sized for small shops, not an open hourly tab.
Extra remote time is from $100/hr; on-site from $125/hr. Pure break-fix without a retainer can still be quoted hourly when that fits better.
We do not claim 24/7 NOC coverage or SLA credits. Optional light add-on care lines (cameras, printer, phone/SMS) can start from $19/mo when selected.
